There are many solutions of tackling this issue. Some include implementing an option where it lets a user right click on the website and click on “Authenticate” and the algorithm will do the rest to authenticate if the information is truthful or not. The next approach is through gamification which rates profiles higher who share the most truthful news sources while dropping other users ratings who share the least amount of truthful information. The final solution we have researched is the implementation of different algorithms based on how many users visit the said site, for example, most people use Facebook or Instagram therefore there will be a much longer and durable algorithm that will not crash because it has the ability to withstand the community using the feature a lot. Meanwhile for smaller sites, they get a smaller algorithm because not many people visit the site. The algorithm depends on the site and can be adjusted as the site grows for bigger communities/users.
