The work environment at the company I am entering At is very relaxed and informal, this may be because we work remotely with one another. When we meet for Zoom we are dressed appropriately but casual. Usually, when I’m working on this internship I stay in Citytech’s COMD computer with one of my teammates and we work together on the task at hand. That environment is very peaceful and convenient because there are snacks nearby, bathrooms, and someone who is able to help us if we have any computer issues. Although once we need to leave that is 4:30 we simply continue either at the library, lunchroom, or any available workspace at the school with tables and chairs. Work through in general with my team, team leader, and supervisor feels inviting, motivating, and supportive.
