Michael Covell is a PhD student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at CUNY Graduate Center. Before entering academia, he worked in financial sales at Northwestern Mutual. Since 2012, he has served as an adjunct professor at Baruch College where he has taught General Psychology, Evolution of Modern Psychology,The Psychology of Motivation and Learning, Psychology of Training and Development & Industrial and Organizational Psychology
