Ratio test works for standard 8

Alternative series test works

This was done using the partial sum method. The reason why this test doesn’t work on this specific example is because it does not really tell whether or not the serie converges or diverges. The numbers keep changing but we can’t really tell if it approaches zero or not and therefore, if it converges or diverges.
