Hey class! My name is Noelia, although I would prefer to be called Noelle (Noel) and my pronouns are she/her/hers. My major is accounting, and the reason I chose to stick with that major is because I enjoyed math. I kind of always got the hang of it and I appreciate the fact that there is always a right or wrong answer. Besides school, I work full time and I have hobbies which include singing, dancing, playing the piano, going out with friends, trying new foods, etc. I have two different goals, but one would be to be a performer. Doing things I love and that I’m passionate about or.. I can excel in what I am currently learning, which is accounting, and Develop a career in that field. Nice to meet you all and I look forward to having a great semester!

I had an accounting class in my first semester in City Tech and I realized how amazing accounting can be and how reliable if you are willing to commit into that field after you graduate. I feel like you are going the right path if that is really what you want to do.
Hi Noelia, I was interested in accounting too because of how much I enjoy math but I decided to go onto the Engineering route. I also admire how you have a full time job outside of school and enjoy similar things that I do.
