For this course students communicate technical and scientific information to a variety of audiences through written and oral presentations using electronic media such as the Internet, Power Point and graphics programs. Students also analyze readings in science and technology, study technical writing models, and practice collaborative research and presentation.
- For this project I had to create a proposal that would improve the NYC College of Technology, in some way. Certain guidelines that were required for this project included some research of the college building and ground office and more. This project also required the investigation of at least two criteria for decision making in at least two of the three categories: technical, managerial, and social.
- I have decided to write my proposal about the lack of car parking near the school, and that partnership with a near by parking lot would allow all students to park their cars there.
