During my internship I had to provide a great customer care both through emails and phone calls, as well as in person when I was send to do estimates for a job. In addition, I also had to write certain instructions and manuals as requested by the supervisor of the company. Moreover, I also had to write proposals with the calculated quote that was based on the estimate for different customers. Lastly, my tasks also included sending appointment reminders and scheduling jobs not only for the customers, but also for the Deep Clean Maid Service employees, ensuring that their schedule is well put together. After all, I really enjoyed my internship experience with this company.
