Lab 12-Brightened shadows

For the no fill picture i adjusted the exposure higher and decreased contrast to soften the harsh shadow. For the fill picture, I brightened it and raised the highlights to bring out the lighter features.

    It is usually easier to edit the fill image for detail in the shadow areas
