Lab 3 Breaking the pattern

The objects I used to create this pattern were apples and a tangerine the reason why I choose these objects were because of there colors and shape. The apple is green and the shape of it is sort of round, a tangerine is orange and it sort of has a similar shape. My background is my desk in a dark brown color, the reason I choose this setting is that it creates a contrast with the colors and allows the colors to stand out. The reason why I disrupted the pattern was to show variation and distinction amongst the apples.

good color palette and choice of background. Change in color of fruit makes the pattern break stand out
