In deciding to get my BSN in nursing I was debating on doing a fully online program or attending traditional classroom settings. I finally decided to come back to City Tech to do my BSN, as I enjoy the social interaction. In returning back to City Tech, I can say I have enjoyed the learning process. At many points it has been challenging and at other points it was entertaining and educational. I have been out of school for ten years so entering back into the nursing program was not easy. However I can say that I have learned many new things since I started. Research class thought me how to do a proper research on any topic and how to present it. Management class showed me what goes on behind the doors where management works. And physical assessment showed me ways to better assess my patients. At the same time my strengths and weakness has been revealed along this journey, specifically creativity and procrastination, respectively. I am looking forward to the other classes that I have to take and new things I will learn!
