When I think about my personal philosophy that drives me, It is based around many principles, but the major one is the ethic of reciprocity or as known in many religious and non religious belief systems the Golden rule. We all seek happiness and we all hope for help when we are at a place where we can’t help ourselves. In nursing I am able to fulfill this basic universal human need, to be helped in time of need.
“And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.”
