This line movement drawing shows parallel lines that show movement/motion. This drawing was very time consuming because the lines and the center would get bigger every time then starts getting smaller till the end of the paper. Which sometimes changed the spacing and made it hard to be consistent. The first time I did this drawing I had trouble keeping them consistent and it took me three tries to get it but I finally got it to be consistent all the way through the end and I could see the line movement from left to right till the very end of the drawing.
This one of the assignments that I kind of hate it and liked at the same time. For this project we were suppose to have three drawings of three different spots. The spot drawings should be 50/50 black and white which as you can see I had trouble with that. My drawings were either too light or too dark.
This assignment is transparency where we had to make 6 different tracings of overlapping shapes to show transparencies. Then we picked one tracing and transferred it on bristol paper and painted them. This project was one of the assignments that I enjoyed doing because it was fun, and I got arrange the shapes in different ways. However, I wish I would have picked better colors for some of the shapes because some of them didn’t come out how I thought it would.
