Fibrer – Fibers

The flax plant, also known as the linseed plant (Figure 2) , is grown around the world and has since the beginning of time been a valuable natural offering. In Sweden, the plant has been used since the 12th century, prominently in creating linen garments (Viklun, 2011 pg 1) (Figure 2), something Swedes prefer to wear versus synthetic fabrics and items.
