Kultur – Culture
Culture in Sweden is typically tight knit, as such everyone in Sweden shares the same morals and values. Swedes take appreciation of everything and everyone and often give thanks to hospitality. Swedes are egalitarian in nature and find arrogant attributes to be unacceptable. They also rather listen to others ideas before ensuring theirs is heard. Overall Swedes have a subtle culture (“Sweden – Language, Culture, Customs and Etiquette”, 2020). They practice “Lagom” which roughly translates to moderation. Which if taken to account of everything that is produced in Sweden including culture, it is the proper definition, as Swedes would rather not be excessive and just be simple and concise (“Swedish Culture”, 2020).
