Ever since the 2020 pandemic hit NYC, the MTA has seen a loss in ridership. Now New Yorkers feel that the MTA is not safe, and problems that have existed have now worsened.
We are proposing an app to the MTA that will not only help riders feel safer in the subway but also help make their trip more enjoyable and efficient. This app can either be an overhaul of the current MTA app or be an entirely new app for riders.
