Welcome to my portfolio. My name is Malgorzata Melendez. I am Registered Professional Nurse for almost three years. I graduated with honors from BMCC in 2010 with Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing. I am recent graduate of New York City College of Technology with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and cumulative GPA of 3.774.

Nursing is my passion. Working with patients and their families gives me opportunity to make meaningful contributions to well being of others.  I am committed to delivery of a safe, compassionate and culturally competent patient care and continued professional growth.

My short term goal is to acquire a staff nurse position at an organization that offers support, resources and tools to foster my growth as a healthcare professional.

My long-term career goals are to continue my education to earn Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and become Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
