Major in Hospitality Management, focused more on the culinary side of it all. I have hopes of working as a chef for a catering company or a restaurant.My goal is to be such a fantastic cook that I create a great tasting dish without even having to taste it in the process of cooking it.

Prof. Goodlad Leads students through an introduction to fermented beverages throughout the world. Study of beverage making and tasting procedures including jargon particular to the beverage trade is reinforced.

HMGT elective for pastry focused majors, Exploration of all styles of candy making and chocolate work.
This special topics course offers an interdisciplinary approach to investigating our built environment using a case study focused on a specific place each semester. This course combines physical examination with information research and data collection using methodologies developed in multiple disciplines. Students from a variety of departments engage in on-site exploration and in-depth research of a location in New York City.
