evalembrun’s Profile
Edyne Valembrun is a Clerical Assistant at the Brooklyn Public Library. She is currently attended the New York City College of Technology in hopes of receiving a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management. She wishes to achieve this goal before the tender age of thirty. This would be the greatest accomplishment of her life. One day she dreams of owning two residential buildings and working as a part time pastry chef for Colette Peters or for Make my cake. Edyne was brought up in a West Indian house whole, with a Haitian and Grenadian background Edyne had a taste for exotic foods from an early age, but cakes are what really drew Edyne in. At that moment Edyne decided to go into pastry art. Her interests include drawing, cooking, sculpting, building with her hands, and her favorite working with animals. Besides food Edyne loves animals (cats are her weakness), she volunteers at the Animal Care and Control Center on her spare time.
