Is exercise a lifestyle or an informality?
My name is Kinga, and I am here to share my personal story on exercise and to inform you on this topic.
People have hygiene routines, meal routines, but how about workout routines? Exercise can be incorporated for a small amount of time in your day or a large amount of time. Maybe you want to lose the 10 pounds, feel confident, or use a way to pass time in a healthy way. Some people use exercise to reduce their stress, depression and to simply keep them moving to improve the ability to do their everyday tasks. When people start out exercising it is because they want a certain change in their life and think that is how they will get it, and they are not wrong.
Part II Middle
- For 2023 I made a new year’s resolution to exercise.
- I started out exercising excessively and it burnt me out
- I did notice that I felt more stressed
- The point of my exercising was to feel more confident in myself and to be able to do any sort of activity without getting tired after 5 minutes.
- I took a 3-week break and restarted but this time eased a bit
- It has been almost 12 months and with being consistent with my workout I have noticed an enormous difference
- People I know see me and tell me they would not have recognized me
- I eat cleaner but in moderation let myself have a snack from time to time
- I am happy I now feel comfortable with myself and have a better mindset
Part III End
Studies have shown some people have taken antidepressants and it has not worked for them, when incorporating exercise, they have seen a significant reduction in their symptoms. When starting out in exercising you do not want to start strong, it can make your anxiety worse because of an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. Any type of physical activity can have quick, long-lasting positive benefits for your brain (Wendy Suzuki Ted). I think that everyone should exercise at any age. This does not mean that you must run for 5 miles, or complete 100 push-ups. With my experience and from doing this research everyone has positive results from exercising. And with incorporating exercise not only can you do more but you will feel better about yourself. And this can help you create a cycle of healthy living by creating your meal plan, eating less processed foods, keeping your hygiene in check and you will feel like a new and better version of yourself.
