Reflection

To me, the purpose of this project was to show me how big of an effect the proper implementation of instructional technology could have on the effectiveness of a lesson. My take-away from this lesson is that in our modern-day we need to try our best, as teachers, to always incorporate appropriate technology. As an example, in my lesson, I used a projector or smartboard with a video of a Light bulb burning out and turning on. If I was a student and did not see these processes through video, I am not sure that I would be able to completely understand only through a teacher’s word of mouth. As a result of all this, I will be sure to use more types of media in my lessons going forward.
