Instructions

• Open the GoogleDoc Template, login to gmail and make a copy of the template OR download the template into MS Word format to work off-line.
• Give your file a new file that includes your last name and the site report number (ex: AlmeidaSiteReport2).
• Submit your report under “Assignments” in Blackboard in PDF format on due dates specified on the Class Schedule. Upload your voice memo to the “Quizzes & Reflections” section of Blackboard in the Site Report 2 Memos thread.
