Class Description: Guided hands-on problem-solving and practice for students in MAT 1275. Topics include quadratic equations,
the distance and midpoint formula, graphing parabolas and circles, systems of linear and quadratic equations, an introduction to exponential and logarithmic functions. Topics from trigonometry include basic trigonometric functions, identities, equations and solutions of triangles.
Prerequisite: CUNY proficiency in mathematics. Students who took MAT 1190CO need department approval and must demonstrate proficiency in Elementary Algebra.
