This building will provide a facility for a hospitality program in Haiti founded by Prof. Jean Claude of City Tech’s Hospitality Department. I worked with Prof. Claude to develop the program for the building and the kitchen garden. I developed the design of the building to respond to local building traditions and environmental factors. I will be working on the continued development of the building to increase the building design’s sustainable features especially its energy efficiency.
This project is a pro-bono professional contribution to the college.
