Professional Development

As far as my career choice wise, I am still uncertain whether I want to remain in the resort side of hospitality or gain more experience from the amusement park operation side. One thing I do know for sure is that I want to remain with The Walt Disney Company and my goal is to move up within the company. I am currently keeping in contact with my previous managers and building a strong relationship with my current managers because I know I can rely on them for guidance throughout my time here at Walt Disney World. I’ve enjoy working together with all my fellow cast members that have helped and guided me from the start and I really appreciate what they have done for me by showing me the way.
