So more news leaked about the next Playstation and this time is the controller.

One thing to take note before the breakdown and similarities: this is just a prototype and not the final product. There could could be changes later on or when Sony reveals it officially on Feb.20.
So there’s a lot to take away from that picture. First is that it still has the same form factor and shape as the previous dualshock controller. Button layout is the same but some redesign of the d-pad, shoulder buttons and analog stick. The famous face buttons (x, 0, square and triangle) remain unchanged. What’s most noticeable is the rumored touchpad on the center, speaker or microphone, and LED move sensor. It seems like it will integrate the PS move technology for motion and some touch functionally like the back of the PSvita. Also, the small “share” button that was rumored a couple of months back which was reported that the PS4 would be recording the last 10 or so minutes of gameplay and allow you to share with friends. not going to lie, i think the ps4 controller is a little on the ugly side. it somewhat reminds of the original xbox controller. hopefully when the ps4 is eventually released, the controller will be better looking.
