Tasting Notes


As an alternative to submitting the paper copies of of your tasting notes, students can post notes under the category of “Tasting Notes” on a weekly basis. Notes can be from what was tasted in class or what was tasted outside of class. This is a great forum to post notes that you might have missed due to an absence.

    Appearance: Clear, Intensity; medium, Lemon yellow and green hue, bright.
    Nose: Clean, Lime, Green Apples, Grapey.
    Palate: Clean, Medium intensity, Lemon, Dry, Medium acidity, Tart, balanced body, and short finish.
