My self analysis of the baccalaureate program is that it prepares nurses to become leaders, educators, and more well rounded professionals. The associates degree program provided me with the clinical skills of nursing, while the baccalaureate program has taught me how to better care for my patients and focused more on preventative care and community care. The bachelor degree program has helped me better understand what it means to be a Nurse and has inspired me to continue to educate myself in order to better serve my patients.
