Strengths and Weaknesses
Hi these are some of my strengths. I am respectful person who is professional who exemplifies leadership attributes and managerial qualities. I am resourceful and a team player who respect colleagues and coworkers behavior. I am motivated and am eager to assist other in time of need. I possess excellent critical thinking skills. I am overly attentive to details.
One the opposite side of the spectrum weakness, I would say that I expect too much from others. Maybe because I have a keen knack for noticing every particular detail. So when someone does a job that is poor I am disappointed. Presently I am unaware of any weakness related to work. If anything comes up as a weakness. I am willing to listen to constructive critique. We are all humans and may make mistakes. I am open and will be receptive if someone points out any weakness I may display. For example if someone says this could have been handled differently. This would give me an opportunity to do a self-evaluation.
