I found the corrections made on my essay very helpful. One of my professor’s suggestions was to change my first paragraph. Now looking at it, I realize not everyone hates school. It depends on the person and their experiences. I can lose reader’s interest if they can’t relate to my writing piece so I’m definitely gonna work on fixing that paragraph. Also another one of my professor’s suggestions was to add a paragraph on how I over came my struggles with school and got my first 90. I will definitely add that in there so my readers can have a better understanding of my experiences and how I realized that grades don’t define me. Also I was suggested to go to the writing center and I’m definitely planning on doing that to get a person’s opinion on my work and corrections before I submit my piece. For unit 2 I will make sure I’ll make sure I’m catching everyone’s attention with my piece and do corrections on my grammar.
