Hi professor Goodlad
Can you help me with the trends in planting, production and distribution after the end of Apartheid question on the study guide please. Thank you!
The trends are that new international wine grape varieties are being introduced and there is a change in the percentage of red vs. white grapes. See my power point from last year, http://openlab.citytech.cuny.edu/?get_group_doc=4357/1369194103-winesofausnzsa2013.ppt, there are some slides that would be beneficial. Did you receive the power point from last class?
Prof. Goodlad
Thank you! I can’t access to the PowerPoint link from last class. I will review your PowerPoint.
Hello Henry,
On page 324 in our textbook, it briefly talks about Apartheid.
Also, the school’s library will be able to download the powerpoint for the South Africa Presentation. (I’m thinking the version from your computer can’t convert with the original power point.
But if you cannot open it through there, I took some snapshots of the powerpoint. Hope it will help with your studying.
