An app that I selected to test this semester is “slack.” Founded in 2013, slack is an American software company owned by salesforce. This is an easy, organized, and personal way to communicate with your teams and friends. The app consists of private rooms, chat rooms, direct messaging, and more. I decided to use this app for studio design class because I work in a different group every 3 weeks. This is a fast way to communicate with my classmates without having to share my phone number and having different people texting me or emailing me about one topic. The good thing about slack is that each team is separate and I just go on the app and speak to my teammates in each group. Slack is an app that I see myself using in the future for other projects after graduation.
