The Iron Tonic

This is a bracingly bleak tale by Edward Gorey, from 1969. You may write your Final Essay on this short graphic story, but it is not as simple as it might appear:

If vampires are more to your “taste” then consider one, or both, of these online graphic novel/comics:

* Sarah Nelson: Vampire Phantasm (49 pages)

http://www.vermillionworks.com/vp/?p=125

* Bobby Crosby and Chris Crosby, Illustrated by Owen Gieni: Last Blood (first 32 pages)

Spend some time figuring out how to turn pages. You might want to skim these to see which are to your liking.

Best,

Sean
