Course Coordination Liaisons Workshop Resources:

In the previous cycle, Course Coordination Liaisons developed their workshops by:

1. Getting familiar with the General Education Learning Goals.
2. Participated in the Train-the-trainer workshop.
3. Used the Effective Design Workshop Worksheet to plan their Departmental workshop.
4. Select a format and the medium. Most workshops were held live in person, a few were conducted online.
5. Schedule a date in the Spring with the other faculty with plenty of time.

Workshop Ideas:

• Select a course, find an appropriate GenEd Learning Goal, and modify the syllabus accordingly.
• Have a workshop in coordination with the Writing Across the Curriculum initiative.
• For Departments that go through an accreditation process, identify criteria that can be mapped to GenEn Learning Goals.
