Hello everyone,

My name is Willy Chong and I had been attending City Tech for quite a while. I used to be in the Radiologic Technology and Medical Imaging major before I switched to Computer Systems Technology. While my parents are Chinese, I was born and raised in Panama. Hence, I speak both Spanish and Chinese. Just like almost everybody else in this class, I am taking this class because it is a requirement I need to fulfill to graduate. I believe having strong writing skills is essential if you want to succeed. No matter what job you do, at some point you will need to have a concise and clear writing technique to be able to communicate professionally with people who work with you. I hope I can improve my writing skills throughout the length of this class.

Hi all!
My name is Ye Zhang, and I am a senior student from Computer System Technology major.
I came from China several years ago. In the past years, I used to be a volunteer worked for the We Are New York program and helped new immigrant New Yorkers practice English. I chose this course because it was required. However, I noticed that it was very important to CST students that having a technical writing skill. Also, I am interested in AI (Artificial Intelligence).
I hope I can make a positive contribution in the AI field in the future!

Hello I am Kevin Bayolima I use to be a emerging media student then switched to Computer Systems Technology to better understand computers and want to major in network security as it is the most widely used method of sharing information and data. I hope to increase my writing abilities in this class and wish everyone a good semester.
