Thesis: Ego-dissolution, to a certain state, can benefit a person by improving their relationship with themselves and others. However, there must be a balance between ego and ego-dissolution in order to function in everyday life.
1 â Ego – discussing ego, what it encapsulates, and looking at life through a viewpoint of ego.
2 â Ego-dissolution â discussing ego-dissolution, how it may be brought on, and the effects that it may lead to.
3- Living in a balance of ego and ego-dissolution – there must be both to function as a human, so I will propose ideas as to how a balance may be achieved.
