After watching this week’s lecture, write a memo of at least 250-words that discusses what sections and their order in your research report. Use the Technical Background Report section in David McMurrey’s Online Technical Writing Textbook as a guide. Write your memo someplace safe and then copy-and-paste it into a comment added to this post. Use the model below to begin your memo:
TO: Prof. Ellis FROM: Your Name DATE: 11/17/2021 SUBJECT: Research Report Organization Brief sentence explaining the purpose of your memo. Remember to mention your research report topic. Write complete sentences about each section and what you might discuss in relation to your topic. Arrange your sentences in the order you plan to organize your research report.

Memo for Research Report Organization
TO: Prof. Ellis
FROM: Josef Rodriguez
DATE: 11/17/2021
SUBJECT: Research Report Organization
The main purpose of this memo is to put together a way for me to organize my research report. The topic for my research report is going to be on the chatbox for Python. The research report were going to be using is āBrief History of using a chatbox to teach Pythonā. For the definitions section(which is the first section), I am going to type out a glossary for every common keyword/term within the article so that way, people can find the definition of any word they need help looking up in regards to the words used in the article. The second section thatās being used is types. Types are the categories that are associated with the topic. With the types section, I can talk about the different types of chatboxes that are used to perform different tasks. A prime example would be the ChatBot development platform. We can say that the ChatBot Development platform is a tool/application that can be used to create a ChatBot for any kind of life activity. The third section is going to be about what causes chatbots (specifically Python-Bot) to exist. I can discuss the fact that under normal circumstances, many university students are struggling to do well with both Python and computer programming in general. The fourth section that Iām going to be using is going to be effects. Effects are typically defined as the consequences, results, or effects that are associated with the topic at hand. I can discuss the results of the Python-Bot and how it effects the performance of students in the classroom. The fifth section that Iām going to be using is the historical background. Historical background is the relevant history that is related to the topic. I can discuss the historical background for the Python-Bot chatbox, what led to its creation, the origins of where it came from, etc. The sixth section that Iāll be using is going to be the descriptions section. The description is meant to provide information on the physical details of things that are related to the topic at hand. I can discuss the physical/digital description of the chatbox, the size of the chatbox, etc. What Iāll be using for the seventh section is processes. Processes is about discussing mechanical, natural, human-controlled processes related to the topic. I can easily show how the article proivides step by step advice on how to program the chatbox. What Iāll be using for the 8th section is going to be comparisons. Comparisons is comparing a topic or some aspect of it, to something similar or something familiar. In my technical background report, I am going to be conducting a comparison between a chatbot for Python vs a chatbot thatās used for healthcare. What Iāll be using for the 9th section is the applications one. Applications are how two or more aspects of your topic can be used or applied. I can say that the chatbots can be applied for learning, computing, healthcare, educational assistance, etc. What Iāll be using for the 10th section is advantages and disadvantages. This section is going to be about the pros (positives) and the cons (negatives) of my topic. Iāll be discussing the positives of the Python chatboxes and the negative aspects of it as well. What Iāll be using for the 11th section is going to be the social, political, legal, ethical implications. This section is about the opportunity to explore any social, political, legal or ethical implications. I can discuss the ethical implications of university students who rely too much on using their chatbox for programming. The 12th section is going to be problems abd questions. I will be answering any questions that may be asked and I will give you a well detailed response to each and every one of them. The final section is going to be about solutions and answers that can be offered. Iāll be giving solutions and answers to questions that have been asked.
In conclusion, my research report organization is going to be about the topic of a chatbox for Python.
