Interview Question
In the interview, the hiring manager will ask will ask me two major questions: the first question is to tell them about my most significant accomplishment. The first question asking candidates to describe a significant business accomplishment related to an actual performance objective require job success. When I answer all about the first question, I should be honor, and focus on the job required to give the answers to the hiring manager details. The second question uncovers another dimension of performance, including job-related problem-solving skill, decision-making, creating, planning, strategic and multi-functional thinking, and potential. This question is called the problem-solving question, or PSQ. If I answer the second question, I would tell the hiring manger about during in the job, how I configure to process the job before I start working. I will give the sample problem that I solved in the job.
I think my response will measure up in an interview for my intend profession. To ask “SMARTe” fact-finding questions for clarifying the accomplishment. The specific task questions want candidates describe the task, challenge, project, or problem. The measurable questions use to measure your performance in the job. The action is required candidates describe what the actually do and the tole of the candidate. The result means what the result achieved. Time frame is the hiring manager wants to know how the candidate controls the time to finish the job. The environment means what was the environment like in terms of pace, resource, level of sophistication, the people involved, and your manager.
