In the interview, the hiring manager will ask will ask me two major questions: the first question is to tell them about my most significant accomplishment. The first question asking candidates to describe a significant business accomplishment related to an actual performance objective require job success. When I answer all about the first question, I should be honor, and focus on the job required to give the answers to the hiring manager details. The second question uncovers another dimension of performance, including job-related problem-solving skill, decision-making, creating, planning, strategic and multi-functional thinking, and potential. This question is called the problem-solving question, or PSQ. If I answer the second question, I would tell the hiring manger about during in the job, how I configure to process the job before I start working. I will give the sample problem that I solved in the job.
I think my response will measure up in an interview for my intend profession. To ask “SMARTe” fact-finding questions for clarifying the accomplishment. The specific task questions want candidates describe the task, challenge, project, or problem. The measurable questions use to measure your performance in the job. The action is required candidates describe what the actually do and the tole of the candidate. The result means what the result achieved. Time frame is the hiring manager wants to know how the candidate controls the time to finish the job. The environment means what was the environment like in terms of pace, resource, level of sophistication, the people involved, and your manager.
An achiever persona is who motivate, talent and flexibility to solve the problem and get the job done successfully. In specifically, an achiever personae need to have all of the traits: talent, management, team skills, thinking skills, and motivation. Talent is comprised the level of technical competence and the ability to apply this knowledge to complete tasks and handle job related challenges. Management is including the time management, organization and planning, discipline, and meeting deadlines on consistent basics. Team skills, it can show how the person work with others. Thinking skill is considering the person how to accomplish a task or to figure out how to solve a job related problem, and the person will make the best decision. The motivation is the important for the job, if people have highly motivation doing any type of work in any type of situation and can successfully to finish the job. In addition, an achiever person can easily to get early promotion or special award or bonus, or being assigned to the toughest client or the most difficult technical challenge.
Right now, I still need to learn more skills and get improve to be achiever personae. For my future career, I need to learn how to be good at time management, learn how to organize the job. In addition, I still need to learn teamwork skill, how to participate or work with others people, and learn how to have a good relationship with them. Before I do everything, I should think how to finish it successfully and solve the problem. Also motivation is important for me, I should keep myself in motivation when I going to do everything.

Performance based Hiring means that the outcomes need to be achieved by the person who get hired. It find out the performance result and compares them to the requirements of the position for which candidates are being sought. It can uncover the motivation and drive of the individual, not only focus in the people’s technical skills or experience. It determines how people think and how people solve problem. That can reveals people’s flexibility and how they relate to others. It can see how people get the things done.
According to Performance based Hiring, of course, I need to have the technical skill or technique as my background to find a job that is match with my skill. Also, I need to train myself how to solve the problem flexibly and have a good relation with my colleagues. If I go find a job, I need to do the research first, it can make me understand what company that I am applying; what position that iam going to doing; and if my technical skill can be quirlify for the job. Doing this kind of the research can make myself have more confidence for the interview. Also, I have to make a clare resume to introduce myself and get the chance for the interview. During the interview, especially in the presentation, I need to control myself and don’t let myself fall in nervous. Once I get nervous, I need to know how to get rid of it and let myself have the confidence to finish the interview. .
