Scotch Eggs

This past summer, I went to Smorgasburg in Williamsburg. It’s like a flea market with food. So much food and so little time! One of the best bites I tried was the Scotch Egg – a soft boiled egg inside a crispy “meatball”. You can choose the meat – chicken, lamb, etc. The lamb was delicious! The outside is fried and crispy, the meat is well seasoned, and the egg yolk is SOFT (beats me!). There is usually some kind of a sauce to accompany the egg. Highly recommend!
