The culture at Waave is casual and informal. Because of COVID, everybody is working from home. The form of communication I use with my boss is through Whatsapp. The hours were 9am – 5pm and there were no company bonding experiences like game nights or happy hour through Zoom. I worked directly with my boss Dan, he would be the only person I communicated with. We would schedule Zoom meetings when I had something to show and present to him.
