I took this photograph inside the classroom. It is a picture of the cloudy day outside seen through the blinds hanging in front of the windows. I would consider this picture to high key due to the brightness omitted from the clouds in the background. There is not much gradation in this image, the relationship from light to dark is quite abrupt and can be seen in the slats of the blinds. I interpret the mood of this image to be mysterious, calm, and tranquil. The geometric lines make the image feel unified until you notice the crinkled slat at the end which gives it a more abstract feeling.
