Go to the site Lost Type Coop. Go to the Browse page and pick your favorite font. Download and install that font using Font Book and write a paragraph with the following information using InDesign.
- What is the font’s name?
- Who created the font?
- Looking at the 5 families of type, to which family would you say your favorite font belongs? If your font is not fitting into those classifications, call me over and ask about it.
- What do you like about the font? What does it remind you of? What sort of tone does it create for you?
Make a PDF of your report and email it to me. Be sure to title your email ADV 1227 Fall 12 [your name].
