COMD1200_Graphic Design Principles II_Fall 2021

The OpenLab is an open-source, digital platform designed to support teaching and learning at City Tech (New York City College of Technology), and to promote student and faculty engagement in the intellectual and social life of the college community.
Designs one, two, and three stand out above the rest. In design one there is a sense of hierarchy. I would’ve created a gradual changing of the size of the type face progressively moving from large to small. This would reinforce the hierarchy further. For all of the designs you needed to remove the gutters. In design three I would suggest placing your second paragraph in the first two columns while making sure that you are right adjusting it to align with the top paragraph that’s left justified.
