Notetaking and maintaining an architectural sketchbook is an essential skill and tool for developing your ideas and retaining key points. You are required to submit your notebooks most class days over the semester. These Notetaking/ sketchbook submissions are instead of quizzes.
Your notes should cover at least the following areas:
- Readings
- Building Science videos
- Class Lectures
- Digital (AutoCAD) tools
The Notebook/Sketchbook submittals are organized into 6 sections.
The section are as follows:

4 FRAME CONSTRUCTION |
5 Zero Energy Buildings |
6 Building Envelopes |
Each section has a delivery deadline when we no longer accept submittals.
