After reading the article by Andy Wright, I believe that it is good to know and learn the old photographic process. However, in today society people are using technology because it is easy, fast and good to use, therefore, people begin forgetting the old fashion photography techniques. Isn’t sad? Most people only know or use the digital camera to take photos, but there isn’t a lot of people have the experience of the old process or they aren’t able to get into the industry. According to the article, the iPhone filter or modern camera are no better than the old technique. Because the photo that produced by the old process may appear different effect than the modern camera don’t have. And I think is good to have the experience of the old style even just to see the photo, so that we can understand and be able to distinguish the difference between them.
