04/02: Hybrid Massing within the Site and Zoning Envelope: Continuation of conceptual model within the site to scale. Look at a dimension that relates to the depth of your apartments – 35’ for single loaded corridor or 65’ for a double loaded corridor. Show this within the site with a red box showing the zoning envelope. This should be done in 3d massing. If you are building models then scale the zoning diagram on the photos.
