- Orientate the plans so the Water side (East River is always on the top)
- Label all streets on all plans, sections, elevations
- North Arrow on all plans
- Keep the same orientation for site plans, floor plans
- Poche blow up apartment plans
- Show windows in typical apartment floor plans and blow apartments
- Label images as “inspiration images” or note so that we know its not yours…
- Typical apartment floor plans should be color coded – 1,2,3 bedrooms with legend
- Cover sheet to have inspiration images or images that are important for your project
- Elevations – show “inspiration images” of materials- exterior finishes, balconies, glazing…
- Give a small image of your site when showing blow-ups, sections, elevations so we know where we are
