On your blog you should be up to date:
- Precedent Studies
- Site analysis
- Special Zoning study
- 1,2,3 bedroom floorpans
- Concept models/Collages
- Conceptual plans, 3ds, models= studies of progress (should have multiple iterations)*
- Site plan showing images of what type of outdoor spaces/amenities*
- Typical floor plan of one of the apartment floors*
- Typical ground floor plan*
*These are what you are currently working on
Overtime you update your plans/3d you need to post – even if it is a screenshot or a sketch
Looking ahead – site sections, building sections, elevations, roof plan/site plan….master plan if your concept was across the whole site (sites 1-4)
