Letter grid lines are multiples of 3/9 and number grids are multiples of 2/4.
First level is 14′ the other levels are 12′
Typical floors use wide flange beams and columns – duplicated on each level. First level is a slab without steel below.
Top level has fewer columns and makes use of open web joists (20 BG) and the notched beam
