The culture of my workplace is often quiet and respectful. The attire at the company is mainly formal, but sometimes there is a mixture of casual dressing. When I go to work, I dress casual and appropriate. I wear solid colors that does not draw attention and brands that does not display graphics or logos. Preferably, I wear black tennis shoes for safety reasons as a precaution. The office has a combination of cubicles, offices, and open work spaces. The typical work day hours are eight and a half hours per day. This includes a thirty-minute to an hour lunch break for staff.
